Specifications of MAN TGL
The new generation of engines MAN D08 clearly demonstrates that from the smaller one can get much more. Reducing fuel consumption does not mean a decrease in the number of horsepower and the amount of torque when turning, these figures just the opposite increase. Significant changes in the design, including simplified cooling and waste treatment system, the engine has become much easier, simpler and therefore not so demanding to maintain.
MAN TGL truck equipped with two types of engines:
- D0834 – power model is 118-162 kW. Complies with the Euro 6 standard, can refuel with eco-friendly biodiesel, so that your trips will no longer harm the environment. In engine maintenance, lightweight parts are used, including an oil pan made of high-strength plastic
- D0836 –184 kW. This version of the engine develops power up to 250 horsepower. Due to the reduced number of components, the engine can work without breakdowns for a very long time.

An ultra-low step unit, wide-opening doors wide and comfortable access to the co-driver’s side make the compact cab a multi-talented wonder. For use as a platform body or with a tarpaulin cover, as a (refrigerated) trailer, as roll-off or set-down skip loader or three-way tipper, or as a vehicle with a loading crane – all manner of uses are possible. The MAN HydroDrive® drive system is about 400 kg lighter than a standard all-wheel drive. It is designed specifically for safe and efficient driving in difficult areas, such as construction sites or in the woods, as well as on normal roads under adverse weather conditions. The front axle drive with hydraulic pump can be easily activated using a switch even when driving with a load. As a result, increased traction, increased maneuvering capabilities on various surfaces and increased security for you and your cargo.

MAN HydroDrive® is the ideal drive system for occasional off-road use and situations in which additional traction on the front axle is required. The MAN HydroDrive® system is primarily equipped with road cars, the range of which is expanded by the hydrostatic front-wheel drive.
